Summary 
The Regional Vice President, Sales, HealthDyne is responsible for managing the sales activities for pharmacy solutions including Mail order, Specialty, pharmacy hub services, and other ancillary products. This role will support new business growth across the following target markets digital pharmacies, specialized health care organizations, life sciences, PBMs, Health Plans, and pharmaceutical manufacturers by performing duties outlined below personally or through engagement of HealthDyne support personnel as available. Growth will be generated through a combination of direct prospect outreach, internal and client referrals, existing client expansion and through consultant channels. This role is a key resource powering better health through pharmacy care driven by tech, trust, and heart. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve segment and corporate goals and provides ongoing sales forecasting.  Performs market analyses to determine customer needs, including product, service and pricing details.    
  • Delivers effective sales presentations to prospects and consultants and drives the sales process follow up steps through to closure.    
  • Meets with the consultant community regularly through in-person and telephonic/video meetings, discussions over meals, practice-wide capabilities sessions and frequent telephonic outreach, etc. Disseminates key information within HealthDyne.   
  • Guide HealthDyne value proposition messaging specific to the product and service portfolio.   
  • Directs Marketing activities to achieve brand and product recognition, including presentations, proposals, LinkedIn, sales collateral, etc.  
  • Demonstrates continuous leadership internally, providing team member support, constructive feedback and recommendations to enhance the workplace and culture.   
  • Represents HealthDyne at trade association meetings and consultant seminars to promote the product offering. 
  • Understands the profit objectives of the HealthDyne division and supporting documentation.  Partners with Underwriting, Sales and Executive Leadership on growth and profitability goals.   
  • Collaborates to achieve service objectives through frequent involvement in the implementation process and ongoing partnership with Account Management.   
  • Develops and tracks key performance indicators related to the sales process which are used to drive organizational relationships, profitability, and growth.  Client and Consultant details are documented in Salesforce to support follow through. 
  • Performs other duties as determined necessary or assigned. 
Education and Experience 
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.), six years sales experience with at least four years in Medical, Specialty, Pharmacy Benefit sales or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience with running direct sales campaigns and ongoing follow-up.   
 Work Environment / Physical Demands 
This position is in both a typical office environment (home or at HealthDyne), which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer, and in an external environment where travel is required. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. Required travel will range between 25-50% of overall work time.
