Summary 
The Client Services Intern will support both Client Services and cross-functional teams with data organization, reporting, and internal projects. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience while contributing to work that directly improves efficiency and team operations. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the build-out of a centralized database in partnership with internal teams
  • Ensure data is organized, accurate, and usable for ongoing reporting and analysis
  • Assist with internal organization across Client Services, including:
    • Documentation clean-up
    • Reporting support
    • Financial tracking
    • Process consistency
  • Help maintain trackers, materials, and internal resources used by the team
  • Support preparation for client reporting and QBR materials
  • Assist with ad hoc projects focused on improving how the team operates
Education and Experience
  • Current undergraduate student
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Comfortable working in Excel and handling data
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through
  • Clear and professional communication

Work Environment / Physical Demands 
This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients. Some travel may be required.
