Summary The Human Resources Generalist daily functions will include, but are not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and first-level employee relations in accordance with all applicable laws, consistent with the core values and overall strategic objectives of the organization. Under the direction of the HR leader, this role will support the Human Resources team and employees. This role will be hybrid 3 days onsite in our Lakeland office. Work Environment / Physical Demands
This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients. Some travel may be required.
