Summary:
The Pricing & Analytics Manager plays a critical role in driving HealthDyne’s pricing strategy and execution across our pharmacy accelerator business. This position is responsible for owning the pricing process, developing financial models, financial forecasting, and delivering insights that enable data-driven decision-making. Success in this role is measured by the accuracy, timeliness, and strategic impact of pricing recommendations, as well as the ability to support sustainable growth for HealthDyne. The Pricing & Analytics Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Clinical Modeling & Underwriting and collaborates closely with finance, operations, sales, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end HealthDyne pricing process for new and renewal business.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models that ensure competitiveness, profitability, and scalability.
  • Partner with Sales, Client Management, and Operations to align pricing strategies with business goals and service delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, client data, and utilization patterns to inform pricing decisions.
  • Prepare and present clear, data-driven pricing recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Support FP&A by aligning underwriting assumptions with forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Support annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes for HealthDyne
  • Support Monthly Commercial Review reporting of new business pipelines as well as forecasting new business volume, revenue, gross margin and EBITDA
  • Develop and maintain financial models to asses profitability at the client level
  • Provide variance analysis highlighting drivers across revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses
  • Drive process improvements in financial reporting, planning systems, and KPI tracking
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to pricing.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in PBM, pharmacy, or healthcare pricing strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with underwriting, financial modeling, or forecasting in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
Preferred
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or related).
  • Familiarity with pharmacy claims data and industry-standard pricing methodologies.
  • Experience with SQL or other advanced data analysis tools.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
  • High degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial and client information.
 
Work Environment / Physical Demands
This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients. Some travel may be required.
