Summary
Senior Product Manager of HealthDyne will lead the design and delivery of next-generation, tech-enabled pharmacy services for pharmaceutical manufacturers. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and operations — bringing together deep technical expertise with an understanding of pharmacy workflows and patient access challenges. You will be responsible for developing digital platforms and services that improve how patients start and stay on therapy, while giving manufacturers real-time visibility into program performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive the roadmap for pharmacy solutions that support Health Service Providers, Life Science Innovators (Pharma), Payers and Pharmacy Access Disruptors.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build scalable systems that power core functions such as prescription intake, eRx processing, prior authorization automation, inventory management, courier delivery, and data reporting.
  • Engage directly with pharma manufacturer stakeholders to understand program needs, translate requirements into product features, and ensure alignment with brand strategies.
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to deliver dashboards, integrations, and reporting that provide transparency into patient access, adherence, and outcomes.
  • Ensure that products meet the highest standards of compliance, security, and regulatory oversight (HIPAA, SOC 2, URAC, DEA, FDA).
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies that can enhance patient experience, streamline operations, and reduce time to therapy.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, client services, and executive leadership to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new solutions.
  • Define KPIs and monitor performance to guide ongoing product optimization and innovation.
Education and Experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ in healthcare technology, pharmacy, PBM, or life sciences.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong technical background with experience in APIs, data integrations (FHIR, HL7, SFTP), and pharmacy transaction systems (RxClaim, ePost, or similar).
  • Experience launching products in highly regulated environments with proven ability to navigate compliance requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and patient-centric design.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Solid understanding of pharma manufacturer programs (hub services, bridge/PAP, consigned/free goods, direct-to-patient models).
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to work across technical, operational, and external client teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment / Physical Demands
This position is in a typical office environment which requires prolonged sitting in front of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment including operation of standard computer and phone equipment. May have occasional high stress when dealing with customers/clients. Some travel may be required.
